Affliction opens with bright pear and persimmon—almost honeyed stone fruits—then lemon cuts through with tartness. Jasmine blooms warm in the middle while juniper and cedar introduce a dry, woody spine. The base settles into mahogany's deep resin, grounded by musk and tonka's creamy sweetness, with patchouli adding earthiness and almond rounding the edges into something simultaneously austere and comforting.
