The Heritage
The House of Tru Western
Tru Western's two decades of work trace a woody backbone through thirty-one fragrances—earthy, resinous, anchored. Florals and citrus weave through, brightening and softening the grain, but wood remains the spine. From 2005 onward, the house has favored compositions that smell grounded and textured: cedar and sandalwood layered with green stems, warm amber, occasionally a burst of bergamot or neroli cutting through. This is a catalog built on sustained restraint, where brightness serves depth rather than dominates it.
