Floral

Floral is the open garden — the whole bouquet, the breath between blooms. It is the accord doing the most ancient work in perfumery: turning a bottle into a flower, a flower into a story. Rose, peony, lilac, the unnamed sweetness of a stem snapped fresh. Floral accords carry the weight of memory because most of us learned what flowers smelled like before we learned to read.
