Farnesiana

Farnesiana opens with the green, almost herbaceous warmth of hay dust struck by bright bergamot and the tart snap of black currant, while mimosa adds a soft floral powder. As it settles, violet and jasmine emerge—the violet cool and slightly peppery, jasmine creamy and almost indolic—layered beneath the delicate, almost whispered green of lily-of-the-valley. The base unfolds slowly: opoponax brings a resinous sweetness, sandalwood adds a creamy woody spine, and vanilla rounds it all into skin warmth, while musk hums beneath like a gentle pulse. What lingers is mostly creamy sandalwood and a faint, sweet vanilla haze against the dried edges of hay.
