Description
The story behind this fragrance
Pink Flamingos by Prada is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women and men. Pink Flamingos was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Daniela Andrier. Top notes are Bergamot, Lime and Lemon; middle notes are Cherry, Hamanasu or Japanese Rose, Iris, Raspberry, Rose, Hedione, Peach and Black Currant; base notes are Violet, White Musk, Iso E Super and Vanilla. Prada is launching a new, exclusive collection of fragrances called Prada Olfactories, which contains ten editions: Purple Rain, Nue au Soleil, Tainted Love, Un Chant d'Amour, Cargo de Nuit, Heat Wave, Day for Night, Double Dare, Pink Flamingos, and Marienbad. The creations are signed by perfumer Daniela (Roche) Andrier who said that that the scents are all intended to be “potent concoctions of the unexpected, provoking the cinematic experience of a partially remembered dream…It’s a strong vision that is far from cliché. They’re very different from what you’ll find on the market. They’re not done by studying the trends of the market and creating a bestseller; they are done out of the spirit of Prada.” Each bottle comes with a silk purse made of Prada materials. Pink Flamingos contains fluorescent pink flowers such as Japanese rose, cherry, and iris. Available as 100 ml Eau de Parfum for $300.
