Star anise adds licorice-tinged sweetness to the heart's slow burn. The base settles into creamy sandalwood and vetiver's earthy pull, amber catching light underneath while musk and patchouli deepen the warmth into something grounded and faintly woody, the green gradually eclipsed by amber's soft glow and dry vetiver at the close.
