Lagrimas de la Alhambra by Nazari Essences is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women and men. Lagrimas de la Alhambra was launched in 2014. Lagrimas de la Alhambra was created by Sonia Espelta and Oliver Valverde. Top notes are Bitter Orange, Pine Tree, Black Pepper and Saffron; middle notes are Neroli, Jasmine, Turkish Rose, Cinnamon, Myrtle and Cardamom; base notes are Cedar, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Myrrh, Olibanum, Amber and Musk. Attar (perfume oil) Lagrimas de la Alhambra is an innovative blend of floral, spicy, woody, even fruity notes, with added aroma molecules to intensify the natural aromas and give them a contemporary feel. The square, austere lines of the wooden holding case recall the towers of the Alhambra, behind whose bare, sombre walls hide some of the most spectacular rooms in the world. The case subtly hints at the inspiration behind the fragrance with the inscription of an extract from one of Ibn Zamrak’s famous verses celebrating the gardens of the Alhambra.
