Description

The story behind this fragrance

Rose Tonnerre opens with wine-drunk spice—pink pepper and juniper cutting through honeyed raspberry and rose—a fermented, almost yeasty warmth that feels alive on skin. The heart deepens into dusky florals: Turkish rose and violet cushioned by earthy truffle and saffron's metallic thread, while orris adds powdered refinement. As it settles, vetiver and moss ground the composition in dry earth, while castoreum and musk create an animalic, almost feral undertone beneath creamy sandalwood and cedar. The result is floral and feral at once—elegant decay, sensual and unsettling.
