Top notes are Pineapple, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Orange, Mandarin Orange, Juniper Berries, Lavender and Neroli; middle notes are Clary Sage, Wormwood, Clove, Tarragon, Cinnamon, Geranium and Carnation; base notes are Ambergris, Cedar, Moss, Sandalwood, Leather, Vetiver, Patchouli and Musk. Estée Lauder Metropolis is presented in 1987 as a chypre masculine fragrance. The fragrance is the winner of the 1988 FiFi Awards Top notes: lavender, juniper berry, mandarin, neroli, peppermint, petit grain and pineapple.
