Pancaldi

Pancaldi opens with a sharp herbaceous bite—wormwood and thyme cut through citrus brightness, bergamot and neroli lifting into an almost cologne-like crispness before lemon verbena adds a green-leafy sweetness. The heart swells with spiced warmth: clove and cinnamon wrap around carnation's clove-tinged floral, while fir needles and fern keep the composition airy and slightly mineral. Deeper down, oakmoss and vetiver anchor a creamy-leathery base where tonka bean softens the woody bones, sandalwood and cedar providing dry, resinous depth. Castoreum adds a faint animalic shadow—subtle, grounding—while benzoin hums a final vanilla-amber warmth beneath it all.
