Carrington by Charles of the Ritz is a Oriental Fougere fragrance for men. Carrington was launched in 1984. Top notes are Lavender, Anise, Bergamot, Amalfi Lemon and Basil; middle notes are Ylang-Ylang, Carnation, Jasmine, Geranium, Virginia Cedar, Patchouli, Fern and Vetiver; base notes are Heliotrope, Musk, Amber, Vanille, oak moss and Tonka Bean. Carrington fragrance was introduced in 1984 along with the women's fragrance Forever Krystle, and both were "created to celebrate the love that lives forever." The fragrances are advertised by actors John Forsythe and Linda Evans, the stars of the popular TV soap "Dynasty" as the characters of Blake and Krystle Carrington. Top notes: lemon, bergamot, lavender, basil and anise. Heart: jasmine, geranium, carnation, ylang-ylang, ferns, patchouli, cedar and vetiver. Base: tonka bean, musk, vanilla, amber, heliotrope and moss. It is available as cologne.
