Pink pepper and bergamot arrive with a bright snap, almost electric against the skin, before cardamom adds a warm, slightly bitter spice that deepens the opening. As In the City of Sin settles, apricot emerges—fleshy and jammy—alongside Turkish rose, which holds a powdery, slightly green edge that resists sweetness. Plum darkens the heart into something more shadowed; incense smoke drifts through, resinous and contemplative. The base unfolds slowly: atlas cedar brings a dry, slightly smoky woodiness while patchouli grounds everything in earth and shadow, leaving a warm, spiced-wood drydown on skin.
