Binturong

Binturong opens with warm spice and iris powder dusted over smoking incense, immediately animalic and grounded. The heart deepens into creamy white sandalwood threaded with resinous oud and amber, while labdanum adds a honeyed, almost leathery warmth. As it settles, caramel and coffee emerge from beneath—bitter-sweet and roasted—while castoreum, civet, and ambergris create a musky, feral undertone that clings close to skin. Cedar keeps the base from collapsing into pure sweetness, pulling everything toward dry wood and animalic musk as patchouli rises faintly underneath.
