Opus XII – Rose Incense

Opus XII opens with frank incense smoke—olibanum's resinous breath mingling with the sharp, papery edge of ink and elemi's lemony lift. Rose Incense settles into its heart as Damask rose blooms through that same sacred smoke, honeyed and slightly austere. The base emerges slowly: sandalwood and cedar anchor the composition while myrrh deepens the resinous core, and a whisper of vanilla softens the final hours, leaving dry wood and creeping vanilla on skin.
