Isis opens with a sharp, almost spiced citrus—green mandarin and peach bright against anise's licorice snap and black pepper's bite. The heart softens into warm spice: nutmeg and ginger heat against heliotrope's powdery sweetness and ylang-ylang's creamy florality, a middle ground between savory and honeyed. The base rounds into amber and caramel's gourmand warmth, benzoin and labdanum adding resinous depth, while vanilla and musk settle into skin as a soft, amber-tinged powder with lingering spice underneath.
