Virtuous Oud opens with a bright, almost salty citrus—bergamot and lemon cut through a watery marine coolness before pivoting toward something warmer. Lavender and white musk settle into the skin, their gentle herbalism anchoring the resinous agarwood that emerges with quiet intensity. Below, vetiver and sandalwood create a dry, woody foundation that lets patchouli whisper at the edges, grounding the whole composition in earth and grain rather than sweetness. Clean, almost austere, it's oud without the typical heaviness.
