Black Opium Extreme opens with the bitter-rich warmth of roasted cacao and coffee, immediately dark and tactile. Orange blossom and jasmine sambac emerge to soften that intensity, adding a whisper of floral brightness that feels almost creamy against the cocoa. As it settles, bourbon vanilla and patchouli anchor everything in deep, resinous sweetness—the vanilla turning dense and almost woody, the patchouli grounding the composition with earthy depth.
