Zubenel opens with resinous frankincense and ambrette's warm, slightly musky glow, quickly deepened by ambergris's salty-animalic richness. Dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla emerge in the heart, their bittersweet cocoa and creamy sweetness anchored again by ambergris's waxy depth. As it settles, caramel's burnt-sugar warmth mingles with birch's smoky-woody character, while Indian patchouli adds earthy density and Australian sandalwood cools the base with its creamy, almost buttery finish—amber and vanilla notes fade beneath wood and earth.
