Deep Ocean Amber

Ambrette and elemi open with a bright, almost peppery lift—seeds and resin catching light before the composition settles into violet and styrax, where pale florality meets warm, almost creamy wood smoke. Deep Ocean Amber then folds into its base: labdanum brings dark honey and leather warmth while benzoin adds vanilla-tinged softness, all anchored by the briny, animalic depth of ambergris. The drydown is thick and resinous, fading to a subtle marine salinity layered beneath amber and gentle wood.
