Lilacs & Gooseberries

Lilac opens with a green, slightly peppery floral that feels almost candied—not quite perfume-counter sweet, but the crushed-stem brightness of lilacs in early spring. Gooseberry arrives mid-skin with a tart, almost juicy quality, a whisper of unripe stone fruit that plays against the florality without drowning it. White amber settles underneath, warm and soft but never creamy, letting the gooseberry's slight astringency linger before fading into pale amber and the gentlest trace of soap-like florals on the drydown.
