Snuff by Schiaparelli is a Chypre fragrance for men. Snuff was launched in 1939. Top notes are Lavender, Fruity Notes, Green Notes and Bergamot; middle notes are Carnation, Pine, Vetyver, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Geranium and Orris Root; base notes are oak moss, Amber, Leather, Olibanum, Myrhh and Vanille. Snuff cologne was launched in 1939, and then relaunched in new package in 1977. The perfume got its name from the brown tobacco-like color the designer called "snuff".
