Jim The Rabbit opens with the bright bite of hops and black pepper cutting through blood orange—herbaceous and citrus-sharp, almost spicy. The heart settles into cypress and rose, softened by palo santo's smoky-woody warmth, creating an unexpected floral depth. Amber and leather emerge in the base, grounded by coumarin's subtle sweetness and cedar's dry, resinous spine, until the drydown leaves warm amber and leather against cool cedar on skin.
