Essence de Patchouli

Rose and geranium crack open with a green, peppery freshness before iris settles into the heart, bringing a soft, powdery iris-root depth. From there, Essence de Patchouli unfolds into its true architecture: warm, earthy patchouli grounds against guaiac wood's resinous, almost smoky backbone, while musk and labdanum wrap everything in amber-like sweetness. Coumarin adds a subtle almond-honey warmth that keeps the earthiness from turning austere. Cedar dries the base toward the end, leaving patchouli's dark mineral character and creamy musk dusted with resinous wood on skin.
