Layton opens with a crisp bite of lavender and mandarin, apple and bergamot cutting clean before violet and jasmine settle into a powdery, almost soapy warmth. The heart softens with geranium's green spice, then the base emerges—sandalwood and cardamom ground the sweetness, while pepper and guaiac wood add a dry, woody backbone that vanilla and coumarin sweeten without cloying.
