The story behind this fragrance
Fuoco by Paolo Gigli is a fragrance for women. Fuoco was launched in 2009. Top notes are Lavender, Bergamot and Granny Smith apple; middle notes are Geranium, Pink Pepper, Rosemary, Rose and Cyclamen; base notes are Sandalwood, Vanilla, White Honey, Cedar, Amber and Vetiver. The brand of G Perfumes by the house of Paolo Gigli has prepared four beautiful fragrances in matching flacons for the autumn 2009. The fragrances stand for the four main elements of the nature which determine our lives: fire, air, water and earth. The perfumes carry Italian names and are poured inside colourful flacons made of finest Venetian glass, coloured by hand and decorated with gems and 24 carat gold. Colours of flacons refer to names of the fragrances: Fuoco (fire) has a red flacon, Aria (air) is transparent, Acqua (water) hides in a blue flacon, while Terra (earth) is coloured in green. The first fragrance of the collection, Fuoco, is as passionate and temperamental as its fiery red flacon. Its opening is very fresh and fruity, made of bergamot, lime, apple, pineapple, lavender and plum. A floral heart composed of pink pepper, rose, cardamom, rosemary, clary sage, violet and geranium is resting on a sweet, woody base of patchouli, sandalwood, honey, vanilla, vetiver, amber, cedar and musk. The four fragrances from the I Quattro Elementi collection are available as 100 ml EDP. The fragrances are presented in October 2009 in exclusive perfumeries.
