Known to Azteques, it was used to regulate the bloody flux. Still today, the Heliotrope, sometimes called bloody jasp, once converted into powder, is used as a treatment in certainregions of India. In the Middle Ages, it was supposed to make invisible, to release thunder and lightning, to change the color of the sun by rubbing it with flowers bearing the same name. Through it, the sun appears to be red like blood. Number 8 is universally known to be the number of cosmic balance, a totalising number, symbol of completed entirety. The mathematical sign of infinity is a lying 8. Red is the birth stone, of life and death; it s the starting force, the spark of humanhoodbetween the earth and the sky” — press release of the brand.
