Takashimaya opens with a bright, aldehydic sparkle—bergamot and black currant cutting sharp against mandarin's warmth. The heart blooms into a delicate floral garden where Japanese green tea anchors the florals: plum blossom and cherry blossom float ethereal, narcissus and orchid layered with bamboo's whisper of green. As it settles, tonka bean surfaces with vanilla-like softness while agarwood darkens the base, its woody-resinous character mingling with cedar and oak until only warm, resinous oud and dry cedar linger on skin.
