Black pepper enters almost immediately, warming the opening into something peppery and herbaceous, while incense smoke begins to coil beneath—earthy, smoky, contemplative. The heart holds steady on clary sage's herbal clarity, the spice deepening as incense wraps tighter around it. By the base, leather emerges warm and supple, anchored by vetiver's dry, rooty earth and patchouli's dense sweetness. Labdanum weaves through everything, a honeyed amber note that softens the leather's edge. Smoke and spice slowly recede, leaving vetiver, leather, and a whisper of patchouli's earthiness against skin.
