Juniper and fir snap open like winter air cut with black currant's tart brightness—Knight IV by MetaScent arrives sharp and crystalline. The green bite softens as amber and myrrh bloom, their warm resin threading through an iris-dusted middle that feels almost powdered, almost sacred. Below, ambroxan builds a clean, almost medicinal warmth while castoreum adds an earthy, animalic pull; oud and patchouli anchor the whole composition into something deeply grounded, smoky and dark. The drydown settles into weathered wood and animalic earth, the sweetness long gone.
