Blood orange's bright tartness opens Burlesque with a sharp, almost citric bite before iris and rose settle into the heart—powdery, slightly soapy, softly floral. Patchouli creeps in beneath, earthy and warm, grounding the sweetness while incense threads through with a subtle smokiness, lending the whole composition a theatrical, slightly smoky elegance that lingers as the brightness fades.
