Whip (1953)

Whip opens with a sharp, herbaceous snap—lavender and citrus brightened by cardamom's warm spice, tarragon lending a green, almost peppery edge. The heart settles into powdery violet and creamy iris, softened by jasmine's white florality, while galbanum adds a subtle green bite underneath. As it dries, leather surfaces first, dark and supple, grounded by oakmoss and vetiver that deepen into earthy, woody territory, patchouli weaving through to anchor everything in warm soil and worn suede.
