Noir Toscane / Vanille Raisin

Noir Toscane opens with honeyed stone fruit, bright and warm against the skin before grapes arrive with a delicate floral lift from osmanthus—soft, almost powdery. As it settles, Vanille Raisin deepens into amber and vanilla, the sweetness becoming rounder, more resinous, carrying traces of grape skin and honey into a creamy, lingering finish. The composition feels less gourmand than lightly honeyed, caught between the tannins of a dark grape and the amber glow of late afternoon.
