Wormwood bites first—green and bitter, with the dark berry tang of black currant cutting through angelica's herbal whisper. The heart deepens into warm spice: nutmeg and cloves bloom alongside pepper's sharp bite, while star anise adds a licorice undertone that tangles with ginger's heat and patchouli's earthy anchor. As the composition settles, evergreen needles and balsam fir emerge, their cool, resinous presence warmed by incense smoke drifting beneath.
