Description
The story behind this fragrance
Mansa by King's Palace Perfumery is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for women and men. Mansa was launched in 2014. The nose behind this fragrance is Marlen Harrison. The fragrance features Lavender, Palisander Rosewood, Lemon, Mahogany, Ebony, Oakmoss, Coriander, Saffron, Sandalwood, Mandarin Orange, Cedar, Star Anise, Cloves and Leather. Mansa is a stunning, retro take on Rosewood blending citrus, spices and other precious woods. Mansa, which translates to "King of Kings" in Mandinka (Mali), was inspired by King Musa I, now deemed to have been the wealthiest man in history with an empire that stretched across the African continent. This hand-blended, unisex fragrance oil (alcohol, phthalate & paraben free) is made from both natural and manmade ingredients sourced from the USA, UAE, and India. Mansa opens with bright citrus and leather (vegan); as the woods slowly emerge, rosewood takes center stage accented by saffron and moss. Palace of Inspiration: The Madugu of Musa I, Mali.
