Description
The story behind this fragrance
JLuxe by Jennifer Lopez is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women. JLuxe was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Veronica Casanova. Top notes are Pineapple, Raspberry and Bergamot; middle notes are Violet, Ylang-Ylang, Orris and Damask Rose; base notes are Amber, Musk and Cedar. Jennifer Lopez launches her new fragrance in collaboration with Coty. JLuxe, which comes out in Spring 2015, belongs to the same line as its predecessor Jlove from 2013. Inspired by Jennifer’s fierce fashion presence, this scent supposedly transmits confidence and femininity. The composition is fruity-floriental, opening with a juicy blend of bergamot, raspberry and pineapple. A luxurious floral bouquet of violet, damask rose, ylang-ylang and iris root forms the heart of the perfume, while the sensual and warm base captures layers of amber, cedar and musk. Veronica Casanova Marano from IFF is behind this creation. The bottle design and packaging, signed by Jennifer Lopez and Jon Dinapoli from Coty, are inspired by the singer’s love for fashion, luxury and animal prints. The opaque, square black bottle is decorated with a transparent cap with black and gold zebra print. The promotional poster was shot by Matthias Vriens McGrath. The fragrance is available as 50 ml Eau de Parfum.
