L'Heure Attendue opens with a bright, almost metallic shimmer—aldehydes catching neroli and tangerine in sharp, citrus clarity. The brightness softens quickly into something honeyed and voluptuous: peach and ylang-ylang meld with jasmine and rose, the florals turning creamy and skin-warm. Beneath, amber and sandalwood anchor the composition with a resinous sweetness, while opoponax adds an almost caramel-like thickness that patchouli grounds into earthy depth. The drydown settles into warm amber and sandalwood, traces of rose-tinged spice lingering where skin warmth continues to release the base.
