Messire opens with bright, herbal citrus—zesty bergamot and lemon cut by the green snap of verbena—before settling into a calm heart of lavender and warm coriander. The base unfolds slowly: oakmoss anchors the composition while amber and benzoin add honeyed depth, vetiver brings earthy restraint, and sandalwood, palisander rosewood, and patchouli layer in woody, almost leathery warmth.
