Petroleum opens with a sharp, almost metallic burst—aldehydes and bergamot cutting clean against the resinous dark honey of oud, immediately creating something industrial yet luxe. The heart softens into rose and amber, their warmth anchoring what began austere, the florals threading through like silk against concrete. As it settles, leather and patchouli emerge, their earthy grip deepened by civetta's animalic warmth and musk's skin-close embrace, until only leather and dry, woody patchouli remain on skin.
