The new fragrance from the Italian fashion house Gianfranco Ferré, Gianfranco Ferré L'Uomo, comes out in September 2016. Announced as simple and elegant, strong and refined, the scent aims at the perfect gentleman. It is dedicated to the men's fashion collections of the house, first introduced in 1982 and often inspired by uniforms. The composition is announced as a fresh oriental, developed by perfumer Nicolas Beaulieu. It opens with sharp and spicy notes of bergamot, ginger, cardamom and black pepper. The heart provides long-lasting freshness with violet, artemisia, sage and green apple. The base consists of extracts of sandalwood, Spanish cedar, moss, amber and vanilla. Matthew Zorpas, a Greek blogger who lives in London, is selected to represent the fragrance. The fragrance is available as a 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.
