Cardamom arrives next, warm and slightly spiced, softening into creamy jasmine that wraps around the drydown. Velvet IX settles into a woody amber base where cedar's dry grain merges with warm amber, the initial sharpness mellowing to skin-warm resin and faint spice lingering at the edges.
