Description
The story behind this fragrance
Misia Eau de Parfum by Chanel is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women. Misia Eau de Parfum was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Olivier Polge. Top notes are Aldehydes and Litchi; middle notes are Raspberry, Turkish Rose, Grasse Rose and Peach; base notes are Violet, Powdery Notes, Orris Root, Leather, Vanilla, Tonka Bean and Benzoin. Misia Eau de Parfum, "the spirit of art," is a fragrance inspired by the friendship between Gabrielle Chanel and Misia Sert. Olivier Polge created it as a powdery makeup scent that evokes the air of a theater backstage, made of May rose, violet, orris root, benzoin, tonka bean, and leather. At the end of September 2016, Chanel launched the Eau de Parfum versions of its prestigious Les Exclusifs de Chanel perfume line. The new concentration will gradually completely replace the existing Eau de Toilette editions. The fragrances are available as a 75 ml and a 200 ml Eau de Parfum.
