Conquer opens with a peppery-sweet burst—ylang-ylang's creamy floral spine punctuated by coriander's bite and rhubarb's tart snap, saffron adding a dusty, almost metallic warmth. The heart builds into something more grounded: balsam fir's cool resin, Egyptian jasmine's heady richness, dark coffee cutting through with roasted depth, while Moroccan rose and incense layer smoke and spice. Beneath it all, Cambodian oud settles deep and animalic, its aged leather-and-wood character anchoring everything in earthy, resinous shadow until only that dark, woody warmth persists on skin.
