Black Suede opens with a sharp green snap—bergamot and coriander lifted by aldehydic clarity—then carnation's clove-tinged spice and nutmeg warmth settle in. The heart blooms into a dense, almost animalic texture: leather and suede wrap around violet and rose, while thyme and clove deepen the herbal grip; ylang-ylang adds a creamy, slightly indolic undertone. As it settles, oakmoss and amber ground the composition with earthy warmth, while civet and musk add a second skin of animalic richness—opoponax lending a faint candy undertone before anise and woody notes fade into suede's soft, tactile finish.
