Antiquity

Peach and aldehydes open with a luminous, almost metallic sparkle before bergamot pulls the composition earthward. Carnation and angelica bloom briefly in the heart, their spiced sweetness meeting the dark, animalic depth of Cambodian oud and patchouli—a moment of floral resistance against shadow. The oud softens into the drydown as oakmoss, amber, and Russian leather anchor the experience, patchouli returning to weave through musk and worn hide. What remains is the smell of old wood, cool and moss-touched, tinged with the faint anise-like warmth of leather aged in time.
