Description
The story behind this fragrance
Pearl by Apothia is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women. Pearl was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Stephen Nilsen. Top note is Yuzu; middle notes are Honeysuckle, Peony and Jasmine; base notes are Musk, Amber and Orris Root. Ron Robinson presents perfume Pearl, specially created to celebrate 30 years of the house of Apothia, adding perfumes to their rich assortment after so many years of work. Perfume Pearl was created in cooperation with perfumer Stephen Nilsen of Givaudan, who worked on its development for two years. The designer\'s wish was that this perfume would fit into jeans and everyday activities, but also to be ideal for evening, elegant occasions with , say, a little black dress. The fragrance was created of aromas deriving from Asia, such as shiso leaves and plum blossom. It opens with shiso leaves, plum blossom and yuzu. A heart is enriched with white peony, pink jasmine and Japanese honeysuckle, while a base is built of a mixture of iris root, warm golden amber and musk accords. Besides Ron Robinson, the company Through Smoke Creative was in charge of package design. Perfume Pearl is available in amount of 50ml edp and is presented to the market in March 2009.
