Jubilation XXV Man
Description
The story behind this fragrance
Jubilation XXV Man opens with frank incense—olibanum's temple-smoke clarity—undercut by bright orange zest and blackberry's tart stone. Tarragon's green, almost licorice-like whisper threads through, while labdanum and coriander ground the top in amber warmth. The heart softens into honeyed spice: bay leaf and celery seed create an almost culinary earthiness, tempered by guaiac wood's smoky vanilla and rose's velvety depth. Clove and cinnamon add peppery bite. As it settles, oud and opoponax layer with oakmoss and myrrh to create a dense, resinous base—amber-dark, slightly animalic from musk and ambergris, with cedar and patchouli providing woody anchor. Deeply aromatic and ornamental, never apologetic.
