Iris d'Or

Cassis and violet leaf open with a tart, green brightness before fenugreek and honeyed iris emerge—creamy, almost buttery against the dry green of carrot seed. Beeswax lifts it all into something luminous and slightly resinous. The base settles into warm tonka and benzoin, layered with the dusty wood of Texas and Virginia cedar, while labdanum and tolu balsam deepen the amber sweetness. Vanilla pools underneath, soft and enveloping, as the cedarwood slowly turns cool and papery against lingering honeyed spice.
