Alford & Hoff No 3 arrives with a bitter-green snap—absinthe and cardamom cutting through bright aldehydes, angelica's herbal whisper grounding the opening. As it settles, nutmeg and fig warm into an earthy iris-and-sage heart, dusted with geranium's floral powder. The base emerges slow and leathered: belambra and olibanum smolder beneath guaiac wood's resinous grip, while haitian vetiver and cedar anchor everything in dark, woody earth. Black leather threads through, earthy and tactile, never harsh.
