Burner Perfume No 3: Inuus

Inuus arrives with the sharp bite of pimento and white pepper—a spiced warmth that cuts through bright bergamot—before settling into sumac's tart, almost tannic heart. The base unfolds slowly: sandalwood and guaiac wood form a woody skeleton while castoreum and beeswax add animal depth and honeyed amber. Myrrh, patchouli, and labdanum layer in resinous richness, grounded by benzoin's vanilla-tinged sweetness. What emerges is deliberately raw and smoky—less perfume, more ember; less ornamental, more ritual.
