Description

The story behind this fragrance

Private Collection Ambar by Adolfo Dominguez is a Woody Aquatic fragrance for women. Private Collection Ambar was launched in 2010. The nose behind this fragrance is Ramon Monegal. Top notes are Aldehydes, Sea water and Bergamot; middle notes are Tiare Flower, Violet and Tropical Fruit; base notes are Virginia Cedar, Amber and Patchouli. Adolfo Dominguez has introduced the new and exclusive Private Collection of fragrances in late 2010. The collection offers three exquisite female perfumes - Ambar, Mahonia and Freesia. Each of them represents a different organic element that defines a different character, each inspired by a special ancient story. Ambar draws its inspiration from the legend of the sea god Poseidon, who discovered a special stone (amber) at the bottom of his kingdom. The fragrance is mysterious, intense and sensual with notes of bergamot, oceanic water, aldehydes, tiare flower, violets, exotic fruits, amber, patchouli and cedar. Highly decorative bottle design represents a mixture of materials and textures in contrast with golden details. The bottles are made of glass of different colors (blue, dark wood and burgundy red), with large luxurious wooden stopper on top. The fragrances are available as 50 ml EDP.
